With a rich history dating back to 1976. In 2023 Jim Tolbert and Beverly Tolbert recognized the need to embrace technology and enhance their business operations. My role was to develop a brand identity, stationery, website, signage, and print collateral to communicate their vision effectively and to source and roll out a new online tenant portal. The portal allowed online rent payments, maintenance requests, and landlord notices.

When it came to the website and tenant portal, I had specific goals in mind:

  1. To provide leasing prospects with up-to-date information on available spaces.

  2. To introduce the owners, Jim and Beverly Tolbert, and establish a personal connection with potential tenants.

  3. To add a special touch by highlighting a tenant on the home page, to showcase The Love Centers's vibrant community of tenants.

  4. To distribute a bilingual guide on using the tenant portal, which could be linked to from the website.

To accomplish these objectives, I created illustrations to visually communicate The Love Centers’s layout, giving visitors a view of the leasing suites. Recognizing that a significant portion of the tenants were native Spanish speakers, I designed informative guides in both English and Spanish announcing the website launch and how to use the tenant portal. This thoughtful approach ensures every tenant can seamlessly navigate the new online leasing system.
