With a rich history dating back to 1976, Jim Tolbert and Beverly Tolbert recognized the need to embrace technology and enhance their business operations. My role was to develop a brand identity, stationery, website, signage, and print collateral to communicate their vision effectively.

Drawing inspiration from Jim Tolbert's association with the former San Diego Chargers, we opted for a color palette of blue and gold. These hues pay homage to his playing days and bring a touch of sophistication and vibrancy to The Love Centers' brand identity.

The brand identity cleverly intertwines a floor plan with typography, effectively conveying the message of commercial leasing. Additionally, I created a derivative symbol featuring a stylized letter T atop a smaller version of the floor plan, further strengthening the brand recognition.

When it came to the website, we had specific goals in mind:

1. We wanted to provide leasing prospects with up-to-date information on available spaces.

2. We aimed to introduce the owners, Jim and Beverly Tolbert, and establish a personal connection with potential tenants.

3. We wanted to add a special touch by highlighting a tenant, showcasing The Love Centers's vibrant community.

To accomplish these objectives, I created illustrations to visually illustrate the layout of The Love Centers, giving visitors a comprehensive understanding of the available spaces. Recognizing that a significant portion of the tenants were native Spanish speakers, I designed informative guides in both English and Spanish. This thoughtful approach ensures every tenant can seamlessly navigate the new online leasing system.

We have successfully enhanced their business operations and embraced the ever-changing technological landscape by developing a distinct brand identity, a dynamic website, and bilingual guides. We have set the stage for their continued success in the leasing market.
